Typically you can expect an application to last 1 to 2 years. Many factors like heavy traffic as well as Florida's humidity, storms and sun exposure will affect the lifespan of the coating.

The time it takes will depend on the size of the area being sealed, but most jobs will be completed within a day or two.

We recommend you wait at least 24 hours before walking on, and at least 48 hours before parking, driving or replacing furniture on the pavers.

What type of sealant do you use?

We use an industry-leading water-based sealer. This commercial-grade sealer is crafted locally to handle our specific weather conditions. You won't catch us using oil or solvent-based sealers outdoors in FL.
